As a Community Interest Company (CIC), ONELAB College does not have Trustees.

Instead, we have an Oversight Committee that plays an important role in supporting strong governance and accountability.

The Oversight Committee exists to provide independent challenge, guidance and reassurance that ONELAB College is being run responsibly and in line with its social purpose.

Working alongside the Board of Directors, the Committee helps ensure decisions are made with our learners, community and long term impact at the heart of everything we do.

By offering an additional layer of oversight, the Committee supports transparency, good practice and continuous improvement, helping ONELAB College stay focused on what matters most creating inclusive opportunities, nurturing creativity and delivering meaningful social value.
