The Creative Careers Curriculum at ONELAB College is delivered through a carefully structured, design led approach that connects learning to real world creative industries. Learning is personalised and inclusive, shaped around individual interests, strengths and support needs. Learners engage in industry informed design briefs, collaborative projects and enterprise activities that develop technical, creative and transferable skills. These include communication, teamwork, problem solving, self advocacy and independence.

Teaching strategies are adapted to meet a wide range of needs and may include visual supports, clear routines, assistive technology, repeated practice and structured reflection.
