At ONELAB College, our Creative Careers Curriculum is designed to unlock potential, raise aspirations and open up meaningful future pathways for young people with SEND.

We believe creativity is a powerful route to confidence, independence and opportunity, and that every learner deserves the chance to shape a future that reflects their interests, strengths and ambitions.

Our curriculum brings together design, education and real world experiences to support learners to explore creative industries, develop practical and transferable skills, and understand how their talents can lead to employment, self employment or higher education.

Learning is purposeful, inclusive and personalised, ensuring each learner is supported at the right time and in the right way.

We intentionally challenge low expectations by dissolving barriers and championing big futures. Through industry informed projects, collaboration, enterprise opportunities and authentic outcomes, learners build confidence, resilience and a strong sense of identity as creative individuals.
