At ONELAB, we understand that every learner is at a different stage in their journey towards independence.
While some learners travel to college independently, others may need additional support to travel safely and confidently as they develop their skills over time.
ONELAB College is based in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, and the transport information below applies to Tower Hamlets residents only.
Transport Support for Tower Hamlets Residents
If a learner living in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets requires support with travel to ONELAB College, transport requests must be made through Tower Hamlets Connect.
All transport requests should be submitted via the link below:

Following submission, the local authority will assess the request and determine appropriate transport arrangements.
Independent Travel Training
Where appropriate, ONELAB College will support applications for Independent Travel Training with the local authority.
This training helps learners build confidence, develop travel skills and move towards greater independence over time, in line with their individual needs and readiness.
Our team works closely with learners and families to support this process and ensure travel arrangements remain safe, appropriate and empowering.

Learners Living Outside Tower Hamlets
If you live in a different borough, please contact the SEND team within your local authority to discuss transport support and Independent Travel Training options available in your area.
Each local authority manages transport differently and will be able to advise you directly.
